Buy or Reserve online

Reserve the vehicle of your choice with a fully refundable reservation fee of £99.  Alternatively, you will be guided through the online purchase process, for which all finance application paperwork can be completed from the comfort of your own home.

Do you have a part exchange? All makes and models are taken in part exchange. Value your vehicle to part exchange and we will provide you with a guide of what it is worth towards the purchase of your new vehicle.

Arrange delivery or collection date

Following the decision to buy the vehicle, we will arrange all paperwork as required, this can be done remotely if required. Your selected vehicle will be ready to inspect and drive away at a time that suits you. We can also offer safe home deliveries, contact your retailer for more information.

Click and Collect from branch

Click & Collect from the branch where the car is located. You’ll get your new car faster and, in most cases, you can collect your car within only 48 hours of your finance being approved.

Move to a branch near you

Distance doesn’t have to be an issue, we can bring your car to your closest branch. We will aim to do this within seven days of your finance being approved. Once your car arrives, you can collect it at the branch.

Home Delivery

We’ll deliver your new car to your home. This service is subject to availability and distance from the branch. Speak to your product consultant for more details.

We will reserve the vehicle for 2 days from the date of your payment confirmation email

We use Stripe a secure verified payment provider. To find out more about stripe - https://stripe.com/en-gb. We do not store any of your card details

We’ll refund your reservation fee in full. To cancel simply contact the retailer where the reserved vehicle is located, just have to hand your reservation number, name and the vehicle you have reserved to help us identify you and they’ll be able to issue a refund.

We will ask for you to provide some of your personal details and your payment card information. Once you have clicked on submit payment the £99 will be debited from your account. You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges the receipt of the payment. This is not an acceptance of the order as we need to ensure that the vehicle hasn’t sold at the retailer while you have completed the reservation process. The vehicle will be reserved for 48 hours and a member of the sales team will be in touch to discuss the next steps, such as a test drive.

Yes, the reservation fee not only is used to secure the vehicle, but can go towards the deposit, just speak to a member of the sales team for more information.

Yes, just speak to one of our sales team at your preferred retailer and they will be able to help with any queries and continue your application.

Yes, you can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your vehicle purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit. Please speak to a member of our sales team who will be able to assist you with this process.
