The new ŠKODA KAROQ is here

Four years after its launch the ŠKODA KAROQ is getting an update. The update will bring with it a more refined design, sustainable materials, new technology and more efficient engines.

Exterior

The exterior of the ŠKODA KAROQ is more striking, more elongated and more aerodynamic than its predecessor. The front lights have a distinctive 2 layer version of ŠKODA’s typical eye design, with matrix LED headlights available in top specification models. The tail lights are slimmer and dynamic indicators are included for the first time. A new welcome effect also comes as standard.

The grille has been reconfigured into an upright and wider design with vertical ribs, to give a feeling of strength and more rugged look. The front bumper is wide and dynamic, while the air intake has been designed with a 3D effect. The back of the car has a solid modern bumper with a sporty dynamic diffuser.  A longer more dynamic spoiler helps optimise the aerodynamics.

The design of the ŠKODA KAROQ is sleek and clever, but with a number of improvements to reduce drag, including a longer rear spoiler, a front apron with air curtains, aerodynamically optimised fuel tank undertrays and new alloy wheels. Making the KAROQ one of the most aerodynamic cars in its segment.

Interior

There are three fresh and unique options for the interior, including a new style eco package. This has sustainability at the forefront with vegan seat covers, including mocha brown suede and artificial leather and 100% recycled polyester made from plastic bottles. The sustainable materials have a good impact on the environment while maintaining the quality and feel you would expect.

Offering generous amounts of space, a high level of practicality and excellent value for money. It mixes the modern and new trends while keeping up with environmental and sustainability expectations.

Engines

Five efficient engines from Volkswagen Group’s EVO generation round off the KAROQ’s update. Two diesels and three petrol engines deliver power outputs ranging from 81 kW (110 PS) to 140 kW (190 PS). The 2.0 TSI producing 140 kW is reserved for the KAROQ SportLine with all wheel drive. The 2.0 TDI with an output of 110 kW is available with front- or all-wheel drive.
