Features of the Škoda Scala

This high-tech family car comes bursting with an abundance of in-car technology that'll be to deliver a comfortable and convenient drive. From it's Headlight range control to it's Cruise control with speed limiter, the Scala doesn't skimp on technology.

Engine Options

Currently, the Scala is available with a choice of 4 different petrol engines. Choose from:

• 1.0 TSI 95 PS 5G Manual
• 1.0 TSI 110 PS 6G Manual
• 1.5 TSI 150 PS 6G Manual
• 1.5 TSI 150 PS DSG

The standard 1.0 MPI 95 PS 5G Manual engine produces a maximum torque of 175 Nm, which allows the Scala to achieve a top speed of 120 mph. Whereas the 1.0 TSI 110 PS 6G Manual engine achieves a superior 200 Nm maximum torque, and a 126 mph top speed.

If you're looking for an engine with a bit more punch, the 1.5 TSI 150 PS 6G Manual or DSG engine is the one for you. The 1.5 TSI 150 PS 6G engine produces a maximum torque of 250 Nm and allows the Scala to reach up to 137 mph.

Technology

The standard Scala SE trim comes packed with a generous amount of technology. The Scala comes fitted with a sleek 8” Bolero colour touchscreen that offers Bluetooth® connectivity. This hatchback also comes equipped with Rear Parking Sensors, a Leather multifunction steering wheel, and 2 USB-C ports.

Safety Features

To ensure driver & passenger safety, the Scala also boasts an impressive line-up of safety features. These features include Driver, front passenger and side air bags in the front, Wheel bolts with anti-theft protection, and ISOFIX-preparation for back seats and ISOFIX for front passenger seat. To add the Scala's collection of safety features, it also comes fitted with an array of state-of-the-art driver assist features. These include Front Assist, Hill Hold Control, and Lane Assist to name a few.

Thanks to it's array of features, the Scala was awarded the maximum five-star safety rating in it's most recent Euro NCAP safety assetment.
